Essential Duties:

  • Place hardware and software orders with BECA's distributors
  • Communicate with current BECA clients via phone and email to insure satisfaction
  • Monitor the status of renewals for BECA clients
  • Contact clients when renewals are expiring and renew licenses when necessary
  • Communicate with distributors about products and hardware/software orders
  • Work effectively with BECA Service Engineers, Office Services, and Account Executives
  • Report and/or handle customer complaints

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  •  Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of general managed services technology - including hardware and software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to continue technology education by receiving partner certifications
  • ConnectWise experience is not required, but highly recommended
