All-In:

All-in covers every aspect of IT support - from infrastructure to endpoint. Whether an employee’s computer won’t turn on or your entire phone system goes down, our engineers will help solve the problem fast. You receive 100% unlimited IT support for a fixed monthly rate. 

All-In Includes:

  • Help Desk Access: every employee within your company receives access to the BECA Help Desk. When someone has an issue, they simply call our help desk and we will solve the issue quickly and efficiently.
  • On-Site and Remote IT Support: Depending on the issue, our engineers may be able to fix it without ever coming to your office. However, if needed, our engineers will travel quickly to your office to solve whatever the problem may be.
  • Access to BECA Engineers: You will have access to the brightest minds in IT whenever you need it. Whether you have a problem, a question, or need IT advice, our engineers are here to help you.
  • System Management: We will manage your entire IT system from infrastructure to end user. We will let you know when any updates are needed and keep in contact with you about any issues that come up.

All-In Core:

Similar to All-in, you receive 100% unlimited IT support for a fixed monthly rate, however it only covers the core infrastructure within your business. Core infrastructure includes IT equipment such as servers, switches, access points, internet connection, firewalls, email systems, etc.

All-In Core Includes:

  • On-Site and Remote IT Support: If you have an issue with your core infrastructure, our engineers are there to offer support both remotely and on-site.
  • Access to BECA Engineers: You will have access to the brightest minds in IT whenever you need it. Whether you have a problem, a question, or need IT advice, our engineers are here to help you.
  • System Management: We will manage the entire IT infrastructure of your company. We will let you know when any updates are needed and keep in contact with you about any issues that come up.
