Essential Duties:

  • Work with other BECA engineers as part of an integrated support team
  • Administer and troubleshoot Desktop OS, Microsoft Office/365, end point network access issues
  •  Communicate with end users via phone and email
  • Work remotely from the BECA office as well as travel on-site if necessary
  • Support customer end points including office and mobile devices
  • Work with other BECA engineers on after-hours implementation projects
  • Create and maintain system documentation for customer environments

Required Skills

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
  •  Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience configuring and supporting windows desktops
  • Strong knowledge of general PC related technology – Microsoft Office, PC deployment, and end user support
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Willingness to continue technology education by receiving partner certifications
  • ConnectWise experience is not required, but highly recommended
