Essential Duties:

  • Support and maintain infrastructure of BECA's clients
  • Communicate with current BECA clients via phone and email to insure satisfaction
  • Travel onsite for network support if required
  • Install and implement infrastructure for BECA clients
  • Help clients understand how to use hardware/software that was purchased
  • Inform clients when upgrades/new equipment is necessary

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of managed services technology including firewalls, servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure, etc.
  •  Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to continue technology education by receiving partner certifications
  • ConnectWise experience is not required, but highly recommended
