Essential Duties:

  • Sell IT managed services, hardware, and software to companies
  • Locate potential BECA clients and show them the benefits of purchasing BECA services
  •  Keep organized schedules and plans of daily, weekly, and monthly activities
  • Travel to select territories around Atlanta to engage with potential and current customers
  • interact with potential and current customers via phone and email
  • Keep in contact with current BECA clients to insure complete satisfaction
  • Work effectively with BECA service engineers
  • Report and/or handle customer complaints

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  •  Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of general managed services technology - including hardware and software
  • Past experience or some background in sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Willingness to continue technology education by receiving partner certifications
  • ConnectWise experience is not required, but highly recommended
