25-year industry veteran to guide BECA into the future
Norcross, GA – January 18, 2015 – BECA has announced the promotion of Branden Smith to the position of Vice President. Branden will be responsible for improving BECA’s high level of customer service and for growing and steering this privately held technology solutions provider in the years to come.
Branden brings 25 years of experience, 20 of them with BECA, where he has been key in helping BECA support its largest Help Desk clients as well as taking on the role of Director of Service Operations in late 2013. Branden has served as team lead for help desk clients that include Solvay Pharmaceuticals, McKinsey and Company and CIBA Vision, where he developed cutting edge and efficient help desk support teams. Education and customer satisfaction are key primary driving points as BECA continues to manage its ongoing growth.
Branden is widely respected by the engineering and sales team members of BECA along with our long-term clients. Branden has been actively involved in roles of leadership his entire life. He is a 21st Century Woodbadge graduate, which is the highest level of leadership training in the Boy Scouts of America and served as a Scoutmaster for one of the largest Scout Troops in the region. Branden served 9 years in the Army including active duty and time he served with the Florida and Georgia National Guard. During his military career he ran training and logistics for an Engineering Company that was comprised of 200+ soldiers. He is the very proud father of two children and his youngest is currently a Kennesaw Owl!
