Almost all IT companies offer some form of Managed Services. This month, our Senior Management team talks about what makes BECA’s Managed Services (or “All In” as we call it) different from all those other IT companies.

Mike | President: BECA’s Managed Services products are what we call “All In”. The reason for this is because they are truly designed to accommodate both technical and business challenges. Many Managed Service offerings at other companies are built around limitations and exclusions, our “All In” product was designed after we got done fighting that accounting battle. Our engineers are tasked with solving problems and not worrying about what, where, and how they get it done.  To put it simply – with the exception of Projects – with BECA’s Managed Services, you have a cost predictable “All In” offering that lets IT people worry about the IT and accounting people only worry about ONE invoice!


Branden | Vice President: What makes BECA different from all the other IT companies that offer Managed Services?  Our people.  I know that may sound a little cliché, but the team that supports our managed services customers is the best I’ve ever worked with!  We put a lot of resources and effort into the team to make them the best at what they do.  We have great tools to support our customers, but so does everyone else.  Our engineers combine those tools with their desire to help our customers succeed to provide world class service.  They take the time to get to know the individuals at each supported location, so that when that person calls with a problem, our engineers treat it like it’s their own issue.  BECA has processes and tools (and really fast computers), but none of that matters without great people driving them!

We have included all monitoring, necessary tools, and labor to support your company. We calculate the monthly labor and the cost of our tools, so we can provide all your IT service needs while your monthly payment remains consistent. We have the software tools to assist in our job but we also inspect the tools with our engineers. We feel tools are an advantage but live engineers verify the tools are performing correctly. We provide an enterprise grade IT solution for small and medium size businesses.
