Once we’ve agreed to engage, we’ll conduct a discovery meeting to determine your Office 365 needs and agree on a deployment timeline. Next, we’ll inventory your current user environment to determine the number of user accounts you’ll need, mailbox sizes and details about your network settings that will allow us to develop a migration strategy for your Office 365 deployment.
Once we have all the information we need, we can set up your Office 365 accounts and configure your deployment process to begin migrating your mailboxes. Your current email solution will run in tandem with Office 365 until all mailboxes are migrated. Once that’s done, we’ll decommission your existing mail service and install and configure all of your other Office 365 services and productivity applications to your users’ devices.
Depending upon the complexity of your environment and user counts, the entire process could take between several weeks to months.
